I have been on sort of a hiatus from all things Vegas since my last trip before Christmas. It took a while to get the Caesars and GVR room pics and the new property maps posted due to lack of motivation. Most of the maps do not fit on a standard flat bed scanner so I have to neatly fold them, scan several times then join them together then lastly clean up the image. I don't mind the effort required but it is quite time consuming.

Not much news of note has come out of Vegas recently. Several new places (City Center, Encore and Palazzo amongst others) are rising above the strip but none are close to being done. It looks to be a slow year for openings in 2007. That will not deter me however! Now that my Vegas juices are flowing again, there will be more frequent updates to the blog and the site.
